Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026
Applies to: 123x CRM Chrome extension and crm.123x.dev
Operator: 123x CRM, Inc.

This policy describes how 123x CRM handles information. It supplements our broader company notice at 123x.dev/privacy for website visitors. Where this page conflicts with the company site notice for the Chrome extension, this page controls.

Single purpose

123x CRM lets you save local notes and custom fields about people you encounter while browsing. On websites you enable, hovering or selecting a profile or handle opens an overlay to view and save that contact data.

Information the extension handles

We do not use the extension to collect health data, payment card data, passwords, precise location, or a full browse history.

Where data is stored

Contact notes, field definitions, and the site allowlist are stored locally on your device using Chrome extension storage / IndexedDB in the extension’s own context. Local storage is always the primary copy.

Optional cloud backup: if you choose Sign in with Google in the extension popup, you can upload a snapshot of your contacts and settings to crm.123x.dev (authenticated to your Google account). Restore replaces local data with that snapshot. Signing in is never required to use 123x CRM. You can sign out at any time; signing out does not delete your cloud snapshot until you overwrite it or request deletion via the contact options below.

Permissions

The extension does not execute remote/unbundled code from the network.

crm.123x.dev website

The marketing site is mostly static. When you use optional cloud backup, the same origin also hosts the backup API: we store your Google account id (subject), email, and the CRM snapshot you upload, for the purpose of backup and restore only. Standard web server logs (such as IP address and user agent) may be processed by our hosting provider to operate the site. Analytics tools described on 123x.dev/privacy apply to 123x.dev properties as configured there.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell extension contact data. We do not transfer extension contact data to third parties for advertising. Google receives authentication requests when you use optional sign-in (subject to Google’s policies). Cloud backups are not shared with other users.

Your choices

Children

123x CRM is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the extension.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes for the extension will be reflected on this page before or when the related extension update is published.
